This product is a generic form of 1% tolnaftate (aka tinactin) in cream form, in a plastic tube. The pharmaceutical company is "Major Pharmaceuticals".br /br /The opening of the tube is large. This would be OK if you needed to use this on huge areas, but the tube size implies small area (or maybe use one tube per week?)br /br /The product is effective, much more so than the aole drugs such as miconazole or clotraminazole.br /br /However, the cream is VERY greasy. It's more of a white ointment than a cream. It takes a long time to soak in to the skin.br /br /This would be good if you needed to coat your feet prior to covering with socks and going to sleep, but it is not good for morning application due to the problems above.
